Our intensive days are led by advanced, fully qualified teachers who are first aid trained, giving every child a safe and supportive environment to learn. With smaller groups, there’s plenty of opportunity for 1-to-1 coaching to help students master more advanced tricks and improve their technique. ✨ The day includes: 🤸 Strength & stretch/limbering session 🤸 Correct acro technique 🤸 Partner work, group tricks & prop work 🤸 Gymnastic tumbling on our Acro Pad 🥪 Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water. We also welcome children from other dance schools (with permission from their principal).
